Your buyers are in the groups, not only on the portals

An estate agency spends several hundred euros a month listing on property portals. That is necessary, but it is no longer enough: today's buyer finds a property because a neighbour shared it, because they hang around the local "buy and sell" group, or the expat group for their area.

Those groups are free. Their cost was never the problem — the time was. Posting one property into forty groups by hand, then starting over next week because it has not sold, is something nobody keeps up for more than a fortnight.

Estate agency publishing its listings into Facebook groups

What Farsem actually changes

You write the listing once: the text, the photos, the link to the property page. You pick the relevant groups. Farsem does the rest, and repeats as often as you decide, until the property is sold.

1 — One property, typed once
Text, photos and video are prepared once. The same listing then goes out to every selected group, with no copy-paste.
2 — Targeting by area
Filter your groups by name and by member count. A flat in one city has no business in another city's group: build a list per town, per district, per property type, and reuse it for every new instruction.
3 — Automatic follow-up
A property that is not moving needs to be seen again. Schedule a repost every three or four days, with text variants, until the sale is agreed. Stop the campaign in one click the day the offer is accepted.
4 — Post as the agency
Publish from an agent's profile or from the agency page, depending on what each group allows. Several Facebook accounts can run in parallel, one per negotiator.
5 — Know what went out
Every post is tracked: the group, the time, the direct link to the post. You know exactly what was published, and you read the comments without opening forty tabs.

The numbers

An agency with twenty live instructions, published into sixty groups, reposted twice a month: that is 20 × 60 × 2 = 2,400 posts a month. On the 3,000-credit pack, that is $126 — roughly 5 cents per published listing. Compare that with the price of one bump to the top of a portal.

Two things to know before you start

Credits are limited, and that is on purpose. Facebook itself caps what an account can publish. The "unlimited" some tools promise does not exist: past a certain pace, it is Facebook that blocks you, not us. Our packs are sized to what the platform genuinely accepts, so your accounts last instead of burning out in three weeks.

No Facebook API is used. Nothing ties your accounts to a third-party tool, and we leave no usable trace behind. Our methods stay under the radar of detection systems — the result of more than ten years of experience in this market, and the reason agencies trust us with their main accounts.

Where to start

First join the groups covering your area — Farsem can automate that step too. Aim for active groups with more than a thousand members, whose rules allow professional listings. Once the list is built, your first property goes out in a few minutes.
