There are three ways to post in several Facebook groups at the same time: share an existing post to each group, copy and paste the post by hand, or use an automation tool that publishes from your account in all the groups you select. The first two are free but limited and time-consuming; the third is the only one that holds up beyond about ten groups a day.

Post in several groups with an automation tool

  1. Connect your Facebook account — In Farsem, add your account. The secure connection has you enter your credentials directly on Facebook, in a remote browser: the platform never sees your password.
  2. Import your groups — The tool retrieves the list of groups you belong to. Sort them by topic or city to find them quickly.
  3. Write the post — Text, photos or video. Prepare two or three variants so you do not post identical text everywhere.
  4. Tick the groups and confirm — Select the target groups. Post now, or schedule a date and time, with or without recurrence.
  5. Check the report — Each group shows its status: published, pending admin approval, or refused. Adjust the list for next time.

Method 1: sharing to several groups

On a post from your profile or Page, the Share button offers "Share to a group". You repeat it for each group.

  • Pros: free, immediate, no setup.
  • Limits: a share shows as "shared a post", less visible than an original post; after a series of quick shares, Facebook blocks the feature for several hours; you start again every day.

Method 2: manual copy and paste

You open each group, paste the text, add the photos and publish. It is the safest method for Facebook, and the most expensive in time: one to two minutes per group, every day.

Beyond ten groups, it is no longer sustainable for a business that must post daily.

Method 3: the automation tool

A tool like Farsem posts from your account, in a real browser, in each selected group, with a delay between two posts. You keep control of the text, visuals, groups and schedule; the robot does the clicking.

Which mistakes to avoid?

  • Posting the same text, word for word, in 30 groups in a row.
  • Putting an external link in every post: buy-and-sell groups often refuse it and Facebook notices.
  • Posting in groups joined the same day.
  • Ignoring group rules (classified days, format, area): an admin who removes your posts ends up removing you.
